Dashboard Overview
Upon logging in to Align you’ll be greeted by the Dashboard. Projects are loaded in order of most recently updated, indicating their current status and the languages featured within them. You can search for a specific project by reference, or filter based on status. Clicking on a Project Card will take you to the relevant Project. Projects can be created from the final card in the project grid, or by clicking the Create Project icon in the toolbar.
Project Grid
Projects are presented in a grid as summary cards in the main body of the view. They are ordered by most recently updated, with just the first seven automatically added to the view. If more Projects are available, pressing "Load More" will load a further 8 into the view. If the Project has not been worked on for some time, try searching or filtering the view to make it more readily available.
Toolbar
The Contextual Toolbar on the Dashboard features just one control to Create Project.
Search
The search filter can be identified by the magnifying glass in a small circle in the upper right corner of the view. Clicking once will expand the field allowing you to enter a search term. Results continue to be ordered by most recently updated.
The search will find Projects matching:
- Name
- Reference
- External Reference
