Access
voxANN Align requires a Workspace subscription to access. Workspace owners are onboarded automatically as administrators. If you are not an admin, you can ask them to invite you. You will then receive an email inviting you to create a password and log in. The password will require sufficient complexity to be accepted.
Alternative Login
Where provided by your Workspace owner, you may have additional options to access Align such as Sign in with Google or the use of Passkeys.
Single Sign On
Federated single sign on (SSO) is an enterprise feature – your workspace administrator can provide more details if this has been activated on your account.

Reset Password
You should of course keep your password safe, and not share it with anyone, but you can request a reset if you are unable to log in. You can do this by clicking Forgot your password? on the main login screen. Occasionally suspicious activity or security events may require a password reset requiring you to set a new password when you log in.
If you do not receive email reset messages, or are still unable to log in after a reset, please contact support immediately for assistance.
Removing Access
Contact our support team if you would like to remove access to the software or delete your account.
