Requirements

voxANN Align is a web-based software application, optimised to run directly in your web browser. We may not prevent operation in an unsupported environment, but can only provide support for use within our recommended specifications. Please check you are operating on a supported platform before performing critical work or seeking support.

Display Size

• Minimum: 1350 x 900
• Recommended: 1600 x 1080

System Requirements

Align is optimised to limit system requirements, but we do have a few recommendations to ensure reliable performance.

• 4GB+ RAM with 8GB recommended for larger projects.
• Modern CPU (2015 or newer).
• Stable internet connection for streaming audio.
• Hardware acceleration enabled for audio processing.

Supported Browsers

Chrome / Chromium-based (Edge, Brave, Opera)

• Minimum: Version 90.
• Recommended: Version 119 or later.

Safari

• Minimum: Version 15.
• Recommended: Version 17.4 or later.

Firefox

• Not Currently Supported: We’re working on it!

Supported Platforms

Windows

• Minimum: Windows 10 (rel. 21H2).
• Recommended: Windows 11

macOS

• Minimum: 12.0 (Monterey).
• Recommended: 14.0 or later.

iPadOS

• Minimum: 16.0.
• Recommended: 18.0 or later.

Linux

• Not Currently Supported

Mobile Devices

Mobile browsers are not currently supported, and Align is not yet optimised for touchscreens. We’ll endeavour to keep this list up to date as the software develops and we test more platforms, but let us know if you run into trouble or would like to see support for a particular platform.
